Great Location and Friendly Staff

my recent stay in tbilisi was amazing, thanks to the lovely staff at graphica. they were so polite and helpful throughout my entire long stay. the modern rooms and facilities exceeded my expectations, making it a truly memorable experience.

Convenient location, just a short walk to the historic Old Town area. It's about 9 miles from the airport 🛬.

The room was tidy and new-fashioned, with free Wi-Fi. Its location just a short stroll away from a Georgian Orthodox church was good. And the area was calm, really close to the main sights in Tbilisi and a very calm street.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The rooms are brand new and tidy, equipped with cable channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. the friendly team at the hotel was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed.

The rooms here come fully loaded with everything you need such as a coffee maker, a fridge, and kitchen supplies. Plus, there's a bathroom with a bidet 🚽. the location is super convenient, just a quick stroll away from the center and the main square.

The staff was so helpful, they even organized a tour for me. The hotel had a stylish design and the free WiFi worked perfectly. Loved the convenience of the 24-hour front desk.

Just loved hearing every noise from the hallways and park next door, it was like having a live concert every night!

It was an incredibly comfortable location for us, just off bridge of peace, meidan area, and which is the architectural dominant of Tbilisi and the downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed updated and spotlessly clean rooms and different food.

the location of the hotel was particularly good - at a medium distance from aerial tramway in tbilisi. the venue was placed 9 miles away from the airport. we got room with stylish decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax. we booked it for usd 97.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a very very good stay. The location seemed particularly good by the metro station. What's more, it was very close to the Peace Bridge and which is the architectural dominant of Tbilisi and two other areas of Tbilisi:)))

The setting was a bit far from the city center.

This hotel is strategically located near the metro station, making it easy to explore around. We loved the stunning view from the room while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. My kids enjoyed the on-site leisure facilities, especially the swimming pool and play area. The room was spacious, with excellent amenities and top-notch service.

The hotel's restaurant was a bit of a letdown, but it didn't ruin our enjoyable stay.

The hotel was wonderful and clean, its location was favorable close to Avlabari metro station, great service. My room was beautifully designed with a great view of the street. the venue was very close to the main sights in Tbilisi and the Bridge of Peace, Meidan area.

In total enjoyable stay, I do recommend!

Its location is good and perfect with a pleasant view of street. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

We spent our Christmas holiday in a hotel nearby many popular attractions, allowing us to explore the city and walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the cozy and clean room, as well as the comfortable bed. we appreciated the complementary coffee and tea in the room and the complimentary breakfast, which was amazing.

It was difficult to find a good place to eat after 9 pm. We had to go to the night shops to buy some snacks.
